Most orders ship from our warehouse within 7-8 business days.
Ship dates are an estimated shipping window, and can very slightly. We do not offer local pick-ups from our warehouse.
Sale prices are subject to change. If an item you purchase is further reduced after your purchase , we cannot refund the difference.
Truck/Freight shipments are delivered to ground floor only. i.e curbside. Customer is responsible for getting their product to its desired location. Drivers are not required to take product inside a house, or dispose of empty boxes, pallets, etc.

IF YOU NEED TO RETURN AN ITEM:
-All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
-Obtain a Return Authorization - All returns require prior authorization from KETTLER. To obtain a return authorization, please send us an email at orders@kettlerusa.com. Items returned without authorization from KETTLER will be rejected.
-UPS Shipments - You may return an item shipped via UPS within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price . The return shipping and expenses are the customer's responsibility. Returned items must be in an unused, new condition in its original packaging.
-Truck Shipments - You may return an item shipped via truck (common carrier) within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price less shipping charges. The return shipping and expenses are the customer's responsibility. Returned items must be in new condition in its original packaging. (If your truck shipment arrives damaged, please note this on the driver's copy of the delivery receipt and contact us immediately for further instructions.)
-If you decide to cancel an order, or return an item that has already shipped or refuse an item once it arrives to you, you will be charged the freight. That is for UPS or truck shipments.
